You have, right?<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve not, or have no idea what the hell I&#8217;m talking about, you <i>need<\/i> to get yourself over to MVPS.org&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mvps.org\/winhelp2002\/hosts.htm\">Blocking Unwanted Parasites with a Hosts File<\/a> page.
