Loads of mates from Uni turned up, which was brilliant.<\/p>\n<p>What really has made today amazing are the things that they&#8217;ve made \/ created for me on my trip around Oz:<\/p>\n<p><b>1) Radio Shows!<\/b><br \/>\nA whole 9 shows, made by various mates (Dave, Pauly, The Mark, Chanmander, George, Stu B, Lev, RTJ, Bobince, Russ and Mr Paul Hardman) &#8211; totalling 11.5 hours &#8211; for my listening pleasure on my journey around the world!  Utterly ace of you peeps, thank you so much!!<\/p>\n<p><b>2) Sir Iain McDonkey&#8217;s Guide to Australia<\/b><br \/>\nFor some while, RTJ and myself have had a strange injoke going on about loving horses (well, we <i>pretend<\/i> it&#8217;s a joke&#8230;)&#8230; so he thought he&#8217;d get me something that I might find <strike>amusing<\/strike> <b>very useful<\/b> on my travels.<\/p>\n<p>I definitely didn&#8217;t piss myself for 10 solid minutes on receiving it.  No. Ahem.<\/p>\n<p>Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you&#8230; Sir Iain McDonkey&#8217;s Guide To Australia:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/squage\/282686426\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/109\/282686426_9cfda90390.jpg?v=1162155777\" alt=\"Sir Iain McDonkey's Guide To Australia\" title=\"Sir Iain McDonkey's Guide To Australia\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>(click on the picture to view the whole 8 pages&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p><b>3) Crazy I Dog Thing!<\/b><br \/>\nMade by Sega Toys, and grabbed from Japan by Ness and Lee when they went their recently.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a cute little pink robot dog thing that dances to some Japanese pop tunes when you press its nose.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not going to describe it further yet as I&#8217;m going to get some batteries for it and take a video for you to enjoy :-)  I wonder if people will enjoy it playing Japanese pop at full blast on the plane&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><b>4) THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD<\/b><br \/>\nCourtesy of Si and Ruthie (created, in fact, by Ruthie&#8217;s fair hand)&#8230; this came in the form of a smallish box with a HP logo on it.  Previously my experience of HP branded boxes has gone along the lines of:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Vague Interest&#8230; Gradual Excitement Increasing&#8230; Box Opening&#8230; Disappointment At Some Crap Print Cartridge.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Not today. No. Today went along the lines of:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Interest&#8230; Gradual Excitement Increasing&#8230; Box Opening&#8230; Utterly Speachless.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>You see, for the box today contained this:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/squage\/282705970\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/85\/282705970_9affcd2a4e.jpg?v=0\" alt=\"SQUAGE!\" title=\"SQUAGE!\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>HE&#8217;S EVEN GOT EYEBROWS AND A CHEEKY SMILE!<\/p>\n<p>AMAZING :-D<\/p>\n<p>Something to take photos of at various locations all around the world?
